This blog was inspired by our weekly share of vegetables from Quarter Acre Farm. Each week, I take seasonal vegetables, just picked from the farm, and transform them into healthy, flavorful dishes.
A mom, chemist, former enologist, and daughter of restaurateurs, I spend my free time reading food blogs and finally decided to start one of my own.
Most of the recipes are accidentally vegetarian because, well, I find vegetables far more interesting and versatile than meats. Don’t get me wrong, I love a little bacon or lots of seafood now and then.
